DB promotes a strict quality control, which comes from extraction to the classification of cut stones. This ensures that customers purchasing genuine and high quality gems, formed, cut and polished based on international standards of quality and design.
All gems acquired by DB are regulated by the National Department of Mineral Production and duly licensed at environmental agencies, and comply with the federal and state environmental legislation. The company has the certificate of regularity issued by the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA) under the CR number No. 579111.
DB is present in the most important gems and jewelry shows around the world. Our stones are available at the gem show in Tucson in February in Bagkok and Hong Kong in March, June, September and November.
HOW IS THE DELIVERY OF OUR PRODUCTS
The deadline for receipt of applications varies according to the zip code entered. All orders are sent by mail accompanied by Free Invoice. After approval of the payment by credit or confirmation of discharge of the Banking Billet card company, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. All products offered by the site are available for sale.
An email will be sent informing all purchase details.
Anyone can receive the package via SEDEX, by signing the proof of delivery and presentation of an identity document.
The receipt of the package should be refused if the package is perceived tampering, lack of fiscal document (NF) and product damage. Please contact us immediately and report the situation by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.

We offer our customers products with internationally recognized Quality. To maintain and respect the commitment made to the customer, based on the Code of Consumer Protection, the guarantee of exchange and / or return of goods is done as follows:
The maximum exchange or cancellation of purchase is seven (7) days in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8078/90). The products being returned must be in perfect condition.
Refund will be held in total value of products returned or canceled, adding to the value of the freight. We refund the amounts paid using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
Occurrences involving exchange or refund should be notified by e-mail, within seven (7) days. The product is returned without this communication, or out of date, or absence of Tax Document (NF), will be returned without prior consultation.
Carefully check your order upon delivery performed by the carrier. If you find that the packaging has been opened or damaged, if the product is defective, or if product not match the request, refuse delivery and immediately report the incident by email (preferably) or phone.
